Gentlemen,

From discussions with our attorney, it appears we will be moving the case along quickly now, and quite likely with a final verdict in our favor. That said, we desperately need to raise additional funds to pay our legal fees. I personally urge each of you to contribute whatever you can, because we can't afford to fail, especially now that the State is on the ropes.
