"BLESS THE LORD, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name. Bless the LORD. Robert E. Stemple, Camp 1323's chaplain, attended the 2009 SCV Chaplain's Conference in Gulfport, Mississippi. The attendees enjoyed spiritual fellowship and honoring their southern ancestors. While touring the fort located on Ship Island, the chaplains and their guests sang Dixie.
